仁、义、礼、智、信是中华文化的精髓。陕西省地方电力(集团)有限公司柞水供电分公司在“光谱文化”的指引下,同时考虑到楚文化在当地的影响,将“仁义礼智信”文化确立为自身企业文化的主题,并用这个文化塑造一支能战斗的队伍,为各项工作提供思想指南和行为准则。从西安市区驱车,经秦岭终南山公路隧道,不到一个小时便到了陕西省地方电力(集团)有限公司柞水供电分公司。秦岭横亘在西安市和柞水县之间,虽然两地直线距离不足70公里,但巍峨的群山让这两个相邻的地方呈现出明显的气候和文化差异。
