所谓的绩效评估系统,就是用来使该项目收益最大化的有效工具之一。对教学医院来说,应尽可能采取一些使实习生获得最大收益的有效方法。我院在学生实习过程中,都要让学生做病人的负责医生,并通过设立绩效目标给他们必要的反馈。 对实习生的绩效评估,不仅可以提高实习生临床实践的水平,而且医院业务水平也会有相应的提高。首先,医院教师指导实习生时,必须先提高自己的知识、技能和才能,这样鞭策教师整体水平的提高,也就带动了医院整体水平的提高。其次,让实习生参加临床工作,可以分担其老师的一部分工作,并且为将来的工作也能打下扎实的基础。其三,对实习生的评估时间适当延长,给他们增多创造的机会,就会更有利于他们的临床实践能力的提高。 考虑一套适用于现职医师的绩效评估方
The so-called performance evaluation system is one of the effective tools used to maximize the benefits of the project. For teaching hospitals, as far as possible, effective measures should be taken to make interns get the most benefit. In the process of student internship, our institute must allow students to be the responsible doctors of the patients and give them necessary feedback by setting performance goals. Performance evaluation of interns can not only improve the interns’ clinical practice, but also improve the hospital’s business level accordingly. First of all, when hospital instructors instruct interns, they must first improve their knowledge, skills, and talents. This spurs the improvement of the overall level of teachers, and thus drives the overall level of hospitals. Second, allowing interns to participate in clinical work can share some of their teacher’s work and lay a solid foundation for future work. Thirdly, the assessment time for interns is appropriately extended, giving them opportunities to increase their creativity, which will be more conducive to the improvement of their clinical practice ability.
