信息差是指存在于自然界和人类社会中的客观信息与人类对它们的了解、掌握程度之间的距离。换句话说,信息差就是人们在掌握信息方面所存在的差距。由于这种差距的存在,人们才有传递和交流信息的必要。通过交际,缩短和填补差距以达到信息平衡。信息差被填补后,新的信息差又会产生,因此信息差是绝对的、永恒的,可以说信息差的这种绝对性是促成社会交际的诱因和社会发展的基础。
Poor information refers to the distance between the objective information that exists in nature and human society and the degree to which human beings understand and master them. In other words, poor information is the gap people have in mastering information. Because of this disparity, people need to communicate and exchange information. Through communication, shorten and fill the gap in order to achieve information balance. After the information gap is filled, the new information difference will be generated. Therefore, the information difference is absolute and eternal. It can be said that the absolute nature of poor information is the cause of social communication and the foundation of social development.
