法学教育肩负着法律实务人才培养的重任。然而,近些年来法学本科生的就业率普遍不高,我国法学教育面临着非常严峻的考验。复合人才理念下的法学教育承受着价值多元转换和职能转变的双重压力。本文通过对当前法学教育的性质的阐述,提出市场导向型的法律职业人才培养模式,并对建立这种培养模式的关键环节作了探讨,以期能够推进法学教育的发展。
Law education shoulders the heavy responsibility of legal practice personnel training. However, in recent years, the employment rate of law undergraduates is generally not high, our legal education is facing a very severe test. The legal education under the concept of compound talents suffers from the dual pressures of diversified values and functional changes. By expounding the nature of current law education, this paper puts forward the market-oriented training mode of legal professionals, and discusses the key links in establishing this training model in order to promote the development of law education.
