压力平衡型叶片泵的定子曲线轮廓通常包括圆弧和阿基米德螺旋线两部分。如果把这两部分直接连接起来,定子曲线必定存在一些不连续点,从而使叶片运动不平稳。本文作者试图利用一种平滑曲线,把圆弧和阿基米德螺旋线两部分平滑地连接起来,以便减少由于泵的运转而产生的噪音。在试验中,使用了三种平滑角度(平滑曲线的角度范围)各有差异的定子曲线,测量出由于泵的运转所产生的噪音,通过对定子凸轮环容积的测量,计算出泵的排出量比率的脉动。实验结果表明,叶片的径向运动对噪音有很大的影响,平滑角度越大,噪音就越小, 并且排出量比率的脉动也增大。因此,采用平滑曲线,在适当牺牲排出量比率脉动的情况下,可以达到降低噪音的目的。
Pressure balanced vane pump stator curve profile usually includes arc and Archimedes spiral two parts.
