7月31口,联想在上海举办了科技巡展高峰论坛。信息产业部副部长苟仲文在论坛上发表了题为《加强应用创新,推动产业发展》的讲话,他指出: 信息技术应用是信息产业发展的动力源泉。技术创新与推广应用的相互促进、产业发展与市场开拓的良性循环,是信息技术和信息产业取得成功的基本经验。正是因为信息技术创新在总体上坚持了以应用为方向、以市场为目标,源源不断地开发出深受用户欢迎的产品和服务,信息产业才能够保持长期高速发展,成为经济和社会发展的巨大推动力量,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。应用创新是当前信息技术创新的基本方向。应用的需求刺激了技术发展,应用创新成为当前信息技术创新的基本方向。技术创新要瞄准应用、瞄准市场,真正面向用户,把满足用户的应用需要、提高人民群众生活质量,作为技术创新的出发点。
