In order to generalize the seismic processing to anisotropic media, the most difficult problem is to recover the anisotropic velocity field based on the surface reflection data. In our opinion, the velocity of P-wave transit time can be inverted with the change of ray parameters in the velocity analysis of transversely isotropic media.
