该文分别以自研高性能改性乳化沥青、壳牌Novabond改性乳化沥青、常规SBS改性乳化沥青作为超薄磨耗层层间黏层油,在确定黏层油最佳洒布量的基础上,通过常温(25℃)和高温(40℃)下的层间剪切、拉拔试验得出,自研高性能改性乳化沥青的层间黏结性能能够达到壳牌Novabond改性乳化沥青的技术标准;同时,经试验研究总结得出不同级配类型的超薄磨耗层层间黏结强度存在差异:SMA+AC>Novachip+AC>OGFC+AC;在施工工艺方面,试验研究表明:Novachip、OGFC超薄磨耗层可采用与自研高性能改性乳化沥青同步施工工艺,而SMA不宜采用同步施工工艺。
