在国家的大力扶持下,中国机电行业通过自身的努力,坚持自主创新,近六七年来一直保持高速发展。作为当前国内机电市场的中坚产品——伺服,在近年呈现出强劲的增长势头。这期间不仅很多国有企业通过自身发展起到了在行业引领的作用,同时也涌现出很多优秀的民营企业,南京埃斯顿公司就是其中之一。本刊记者于2008年8月17～18日走访了这家座落于南京市江宁区经济开发区的企业,该公司的总经理吴波、副总经理吴蔚、总经理助理王帆先生接待了我们。整个厂区占地面积约7万m~2,建筑面积约2万m~2,于2004年9月投入使用。厂区建筑包括科研办公楼、装配车间、伺服驱动生产车间、零件加工厂及职工餐厅,厂区绿树成荫,车间里干净整洁,办公楼内壮观的三层高的大厅更是给我们留下了深刻的印象。1993年埃斯顿公司崛起于中国六朝古都南京!专注和诚信的企业经营特色和改革开放的良好环境使埃斯顿自动化一步一步走向成功,这家在锻压机床自动控制市场占据龙头位置的本土公司,在本世纪初瞄准了伺服这块若干年后势必商机无限的“沃土”。作为中国交流伺服系统行业最具发展潜力的企业之一,2006年,埃斯顿公司凭借其具有完全自主知识产权的全系列交流伺服系统研发和生产技术,一举中标江苏省“高速高精度交流伺服系统”项目,公司现已成为国家定点,重点支持的交流伺服系统产业化,规模化的研发和生产基地。为了能进一步扩大产能,适应公司交流伺服系列产品和市场快速发展的需要,一个投资逾6000万年产10万台套交流伺服系统的研发和生产基地已在今年8月正式投产。
