本人在1 977年《计量工作》上对万能材料试验机震动的原因作过一次概述。而后,经过几年的检修,对试验机震动原因又有所发现。为此再谈一点检修体会,供参考。某建筑公司试验室DLY-100型万能材料试验机出现了回油管油量小且船型工作台上升速度慢(每分钟上升26mm,技术要求为每分钟上升70mm左右)的现象。针对上述现象,观察电机空转,发现开机后产生的噪音和电机带动油泵时的噪音一样大,关机后噪音立刻停止。当用手转动叶轮时,有卡塞感觉,很不灵活。拆开电机以后,转子上有一个轴承架已坏,铁屑把珠粒卡紧,个别珠粒已碎。由于轴承损坏,使电机转子阻力很大,发出较大的摩擦音,电机转速大大降低,油泵上的柱塞运动次数也随之下降,使排
