EFFECT OF LATANOPROST MONOTHER- APY ON PRIMARY OPEN ANGLE GLAU-COMA AND PSEUDOEXFOLIATION

Purpose: To evaluate the hypotensive effect of latanoprost when applied as monotherapy, on primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) and pseudoexfoliation glaucoma (PSXG). Methods: Twenty-six eyes of 14 patients with POAG and 14 eyes of 10 patients with PSXG were included in the study. Mean age was 62+/-10 years in POAG group and 67.7 years in PSXG group.
