中国酒文化渊源流长,古有无酒不成席,酒逢知己干杯少等。办事更是离不开酒,如果客人没有喝醉,主人会认为没有尽到地主之谊。其实客人累,主人也累,陪酒的人更累。“这酒啊,看起来像水,喝到嘴里辣嘴,喝到肚里闹鬼,走起路来绊腿,半夜起来找水,早上醒来后悔!”但这酒又不能不喝,后悔也要喝下去。酒,可以说得上是中国的餐饮文化。那么怎样能做到不醉酒,或者喝完酒能及时醒酒,而不受或少受醉酒之苦呢?
