采用封闭和半封闭式实验方法,比较研究了动作速度定量控制与RM,常规训练方法,以及动作速度定量控制两种主要方法(控速增量、控量增速)之间对重量—速度曲线影响的差异。研究结果表明:1)曲线水平增长方面:动作速度定量控制组大于RM组;控速增量、控量增速、常规训练3组之间基本相同。动作速度定量控制两种主要方式,当一个训练阶段内不重新调整重量负荷时,控速增量组大于控量增速组。相反,中期调整重量负荷时,控量增速组大于控速增量组。2)曲线偏移角度方面:控量增速Q角上升,而控速增量、RM,常规训练3组均呈下降趋势,其下降的幅度因控速而减缓。
The closed-loop and semi-closed experimental methods were used to compare the effects of quantitative control of motion speed with RM, conventional training methods and the two main methods of quantitative control of motion speed (velocity increment and velocity increase) Differences in influence.
