近年来,劳动关系成为国内外学界的研究热点,但是已有的研究多集中在经济、法律和社会管理的层面,文化研究往往被忽略。文化是劳动关系系统模型的第四环境,影响着劳动关系调节模式的形成和建立。作为文化在企业中重要体现的企业文化、职工文化在构建劳动关系和谐中发挥着重要作用。从企业文化、职工文化建设的角度来构建劳动关系和谐,一方面需要把握以人为本的核心理念,重视满足员工的物质和文化需求;另一方面还要抓好提高职工素质的科技创新活动,丰富职工精神生活的职工文体活动,高度重视职工心理健康工作。
