教学工作,对我来说并不陌生,但是目前这种半文、半武的教学方式。确实是新鲜事物。因而只能边摸索,边教学,边总结,边改进。我的教法与体会是:1.抓好摸底工作:本学年开学初,学院进行了一次摸底考试,我发现我所带的小学二年级学生普遍文化基础较差;语文的及格率是60%,优秀率是22%。数学的及格率是72%,优秀率是34%。这主要是因为我们的学生来自四面八方,由于各地教学进度与要求各异,所以学生的程度也就参差不齐,使任课老师掌握教学进度十分困难。2.精讲多练,补充不足:根据摸底情况,必须采取补救措施,才能把全班文化程度拉齐。于是,我在讲解生字的同时,把一年级所学的汉语拼音,再给学生复习讲解。这样就能使过去从没学过汉语拼音的田磊,王明等同学基本上能跟上进度。在讲四
