2005年,中国人民银行重新修订了《中国人民银行会计基本制度》和《中国人民银行固定资产管理办法》,并自2006年1月1日起在人民银行系统正式实施。吴晓灵副行长在2005年中国人民银行全国会计财务工作会议上强调,从履行中央银行职能需要出发,人民银行各级行要高度重视会计财务规章制度的贯彻落实。为做好这两个规章制度的宣传工作,加强人民银行系统读者对这两个规章制度的理解,本刊编辑部组织了中国人民银行会计规章制度宣传专栏。
In 2005, the People’s Bank of China revised the Basic Accounting System of the People’s Bank of China and the Measures for the Administration of Fixed Assets of the People’s Bank of China, and implemented it in the PBC system since January 1, 2006. At the 2005 PBC National Accounting and Finance Conference, Wu Xiaoling, Vice President emphasized that starting from the need of fulfilling the functions of the central bank, PBOCs at all levels should attach great importance to the implementation of the accounting and financial rules and regulations. In order to do a good job of publicizing these two rules and regulations and strengthening the understanding of these two rules and regulations by the system readers of the PBC, the editorial department of the magazine organized a publicity column for the accounting rules and regulations of the People’s Bank of China.
