湖北省的水利冬修活动,已在全省范国内广泛地展开。到1962年12月中旬,投入冬修的劳力,已达到177万余人,开工的大中小型工程达10万余处,已完成整修的小型农田水利工程有5万余处。原来安排的19项大型重点脱险配套工程和200余处中小型配套工程都已经全部开工。去冬今春水利工作安排的原则是,以中小型水利工程为主,对大型工程进行重点配套,整修加固汉江堤防,消灭隐患和险工险
Water conservancy winter activities in Hubei Province, has been widely carried out in the province of Fan. By mid-December 1962, the labor force put into winter cultivation reached more than 1.77 million people. More than 100,000 large, small and medium-sized projects were started and more than 50,000 were completed in the renovation of small farmland water conservancy projects.
