近年来,诈骗案件不断增加,而保险诈骗案件更是层出不穷。对此,公安机关应密切重视此类案件。关于保险诈骗案件,调查取证可以从现场勘查、审查合同、综合分析这三方面入手,尽可能收集一切证据来侦破案件。同时,公安机关在保险诈骗案件也应严格侦查办理,尽量避免问题。最后,保险诈骗案件想要从根本上杜绝还是要提高保险人员的从业素质以及人民的法律的普及程度。
In recent years, the number of fraud cases has been on the rise, while cases of insurance fraud have seen more and more emergencies. In this regard, public security organs should pay close attention to such cases. With regard to insurance fraud cases, investigation and evidence collection can start from the three aspects of on-site investigation, examination of contracts and comprehensive analysis, and collect all evidence as much as possible to solve the case. In the meantime, the public security organs should also strictly investigate and handle cases of insurance fraud so as to avoid any possible problems. Finally, insurance fraud cases want to fundamentally eliminate or improve the quality of practitioners and the popularity of people’s laws.
