1965年1月17日至23日,黄河中游水土保持委員会在西安召开了水土保持科学技术座談会。参加会議的有黄河中游七省区的水土保持試驗站、研究所和主要推广站的負責同志及科学技术人員。共40多个单位70多人。国家科委和中国科学院也派人蒞会指导。会議根据中央和西北局的有关指示,用总結經驗、提高认識、改进工作、革命到底的精神,检查了一年来的工作,并在交流經驗、分析提高的基础上,安排了1965年的科学研究任务。
From January 17 to January 23, 1965, the Soil and Water Conservation Commission of the middle reaches of the Yellow River held a symposium on science and technology of soil and water conservation in Xi’an. Attending the meeting were soil and water conservation pilot stations of seven provinces and autonomous regions in the middle reaches of Yellow River, research institutes and responsible comrades and scientific and technical personnel of major extension stations.
