在发展社会主义市场经济的新形势下,企业的思想政治工作遇到了不少新情况、新问题。如职工价值取向多元化、全心全意依靠工人阶级的观念动摇、企业思想工作方法陈旧等等。这些问题都是不容回避而且亟待解决的。一、面对价值观多元的状况,如何正确地把握价值导向市场经济的一个根本原则,是强调利益导向,效率优先。这一原则对于经济的发展无疑具有巨大的推动作用。但也应清醒地看到,它的负面效应是容易把人们的欲望引导到“物”的追求上,把人们的视线引导到“利”的获取上。同时,社会政治环境中的腐败现象和拜金主义,也必然会对职工的价值取向产生消极影响,直接冲击企业的思想政治工作。因此,坚持正确的价值观,是在今后相当长的时间里,思想政治工作的一项重要内容。
Under the new situation of developing the socialist market economy, the ideological and political work of enterprises has encountered many new situations and new problems. For example, the diversification of employee value orientation, the devotion of the working class by heart and soul, the obsolescence of the working methods of enterprise ideology and so on. These problems are unavoidable and urgent to be solved. I. Faced with the pluralism of values, one fundamental principle of how to correctly grasp the value-oriented market economy is to emphasize profit-oriented and give top priority to efficiency. This principle undoubtedly has a huge impetus to the economic development. However, we should also be soberly aware that its negative effect is that it is easy to guide people’s desires to the pursuit of “things,” and lead people’s attention to the acquisition of “benefits.” At the same time, corruption and money worship in the social and political environment will inevitably have a negative impact on the value orientation of staff and workers and directly impact on the ideological and political work of enterprises. Therefore, upholding the correct values is an important part of ideological and political work for a long time to come.
