近几年以来我县对伤寒病曾采用过多种的方法治疗,均获得满意的效果,对减轻群众的医药费负担有一定意义。近来我们采用小量合霉素及甘草流浸膏合用治疗伤寒病,对缩短降温时间及症状消失时间,取得了更好的疗效,兹特介绍如下: 一、诊断的依据,主要为较典型的症状及体征,白血球总数减少,肥达氏反应阳性,尿重氮反应阳性等。
