On March 13, the General Office of the State Administration of Radio Film and Television issued a Circular on Applying for Research Projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of SARFT in 2009, and decided to implement the Social Science Research Project of 2009 with a deadline of July 30, 2009. The circular stipulates that in principle, a project leader can only apply for one SARS Social Science Research Project this year, and the project leader of SARS Social Research Project under study can not declare new projects.
