【目的】探讨辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)对婴幼儿智力的影响,为改善ART及儿童保健工作提供依据。【方法】将2006~2008年出生的1~24月龄经ART出生的婴幼儿40例归列为研究组、同期自然妊娠出生儿40例列为对照组,比较两组的发育商。【结果】研究组的发育商评分低于对照组,其中的社交行为能力评分低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】ART出生儿的发育商较自然妊娠出生儿低,其中主要是社交行为能力相对低下。
【Objective】 To explore the effect of assisted reproductive technology (ART) on intelligence in infants and young children, and to provide basis for improving ART and child health care. 【Methods】 Forty infants who were born ART from January to 24 months old born between 2006 and 2008 were included in the study group. Forty cases of natural pregnancy in the same period were included as the control group, and the developmental providers of the two groups were compared. 【Results】 The scores of the developers in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the score of social behavior was lower in the study group than in the control group (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 The birth rate of ART born children is lower than that of natural pregnancy, mainly because of their relatively low social behavior.
