本文结合互联网发展的历程,介绍了网络市场产生的背景、现状及发展过程中出现的主要问题,即交易诚信问题、市场秩序问题、网络市场与传统市场不公平竞争问题、物流环节不太到位问题。针对这些问题,从提倡网络市场经营者诚信经营、加强网络服务提供商制度建设、提高政府监管部门履职能力、增强消费者网络消费维权能力等方面,为促进网络市场健康发展提出了对策建议。
In this paper, we introduce the background, current situation and main problems in the development of internet market based on the history of internet development, that is, transaction integrity problem, market order problem, unfair competition between internet market and traditional market, and the logistics problem is not in place . In response to these problems, suggestions are put forward to promote the healthy development of the Internet market by promoting the honesty management of network market operators, strengthening the system construction of network service providers, improving the ability of government regulators to perform their duties and enhancing consumer rights protection.
