目的探讨磁共振弥散加权像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)在鉴别脑胶质母细胞瘤与脑单发转移瘤中的价值。方法 28例颅内单发占位性病变患者(16例脑胶质母细胞瘤、12例脑单发转移瘤)全部行常规MRI及弥散加权像,分析MRI影像表现及肿瘤实体及边缘的表观弥散系数(ADC值)。结果脑胶质母细胞瘤与脑单发转移瘤实体部分ADC值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),病灶边缘水肿区的ADC值之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DWI对鉴别单发转移瘤与胶质母细胞瘤有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in the differential diagnosis of brain glioblastoma and single brain metastases. Methods Twenty - eight patients with single intracranial space - occupying lesions (16 cases of glioblastoma and 12 cases of solitary brain metastases) underwent routine MRI and diffusion - weighted imaging. The MRI findings and the physical and peripheral features of the tumor Dispersion coefficient (ADC value). Results There was no significant difference in ADC value between glioblastoma and brain metastases (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between ADC values in marginal edema (P <0.05) ). Conclusion DWI has important clinical value in differentiating single metastasis from glioblastoma.
