根据河北钢铁集团某分公司的烧结配矿结构,研究了混合铁矿粉的烧结基础性能与化学成分间的关系。结果表明:同化温度随TFe、CaO和MgO含量的增加而升高,随Al2O3含量和烧损的增加而降低;液相流动性随SiO2含量的增加而增大,随MgO和TFe含量的升高而减小;粘结相强度随烧损、SiO2含量的增加而降低,随着MgO和TFe含量的增加而升高。采用多元回归得到了烧结基础性能与化学成分的关系式,可用于烧结配矿的快速决策。
According to the sintering structure of a branch company of Hebei Iron and Steel Group, the relationship between the basic properties of sintering and chemical composition of mixed iron ore powder was studied. The results show that the assimilation temperature increases with the increase of the content of TFe, CaO and MgO, and decreases with the increase of the content of Al2O3 and the burning loss. The fluidity of liquid phase increases with the increase of SiO2 content. With the increase of the contents of MgO and TFe, But decreases with the increase of MgO and TFe content. The strength of the binder phase decreases with the increase of calcination and SiO 2 content. The relationship between the basic properties of sintering and the chemical composition was obtained by multiple regression, which can be used for the rapid decision of sintering with ore.
