通过访谈和问卷调查法,利用SPSS统计软件进行相关分析,我们发现,父母的教养方式与大一新生的一般自我效能感存在显著的相关,尤其是父亲的情感温暖和理解对自我效能感的预测能力最强。大一新生的心理健康教育要充分重视学生个体的家庭养育环境,要建立学校与家庭、课内与课外完善的社会支持系统。
