盾构穿越施工是一项存在多种不确定因素共同作用的综合工程,其中下穿铁路施工安全风险大,社会影响广,必须做到精心设计、科学组织施工。文章以某隧道左右线穿越京广铁路正线为背景,对穿越施工中控制铁路地表变形的关键技术和综合措施进行了阐述。施工前严密的进行现场调查,建立理论预测计算模型指导施工,施工中严格控制和优化盾构施工参数,采取针对性的技术和管理措施,科学严谨进行监控量测,组织信息化施工及时反馈指导优化施工参数,做好有效应急预案,从而使得穿越施工较好满足了国铁沉降的控制标准,为类似地层条件下,类似工程提供一定的参考。
The construction of shield tunneling is a comprehensive project with many uncertain factors. Among them, the safety of under-penetrating railway construction is large and its social impact is wide. Therefore, it must be well-designed and scientifically organized. This paper describes the key technologies and comprehensive measures to control the surface deformation of the railway passing through the tunnel with the right and left lines of a tunnel crossing the main line of Jing-Guang Railroad. Conduct on-site investigation closely before construction, set up theoretical prediction calculation model to guide construction, strictly control and optimize shield construction parameters during construction, adopt specific technical and management measures, carry out scientific and rigorous monitoring and measurement, organize information construction and timely feedback guidance Optimize the construction parameters and make effective emergency plans so that the crossing construction can better meet the control standard of the national railway settlement and provide some reference for similar projects under similar strata conditions.
