炼化工业安全生产已经成为企业和社会共同关注的热点。作者等针对其中的催化裂化装置,根据流程特点、结合流程单元操作与管理模式,设计故障诊断系统,使用基于产生式规则推理的专家系统故障诊断法和Visual Prolog语言在可视化编程环境下实现。通过在催化裂化流程仿真软件上应用,表明此诊断系统对催化裂化生产中出现的多数异常工况,能够有效地推理分析,及时查出故障原因,提供相应的处理措施。
Refining and chemical industry safety has become a common focus of business and society. According to the characteristics of the process and the operation and management mode of the process unit, the author designs a fault diagnosis system and uses expert system fault diagnosis based on production rule reasoning and Visual Prolog language to realize in a visual programming environment. The application of the software in the simulation software of FCCU shows that this diagnostic system can effectively reason and analyze the most abnormal working conditions in the FCC production and find out the cause of the failure in time and provide the corresponding treatment measures.
