心力衰竭(以下简称心衰)为新生儿时期的常见急症。本文就我院近8年(1980～1987年)收治的92例新生儿心衰进行分析,并重点讨论其病因、临床特点、诊断标准和急救措施。临床资料一、一般情况本组共92例,其中男71例,女21例;胎龄为32～42周。本组中早产儿11例,低出生体重儿25例,属第一胎者45例。围生期起病者40例,7～28天内52例。二、病因本组病例的原发疾病依次列于表1,其中部分病例兼有两种以上。三、临床表现本组心衰表现见表2。四、治疗与转归
Heart failure (hereinafter referred to as heart failure) is a common emergency in neonatal period. In this paper, 92 cases of neonatal heart failure treated in our hospital for nearly 8 years (1980 ~ 1987) were analyzed. The etiology, clinical features, diagnostic criteria and first aid measures were discussed emphatically. Clinical data First, the general situation The group of 92 cases, 71 males and 21 females; gestational age was 32 to 42 weeks. 11 cases of preterm children in this group, 25 cases of low birth weight infants, 45 cases of first-born. Perinatal onset in 40 cases, 7 to 28 days in 52 cases. Second, the cause of this group of patients with primary disease in turn are listed in Table 1, in which some cases have two or more.
