从柴油机燃油系统预行程、柱塞供油有效行程、平均喷油速率、平均供油速率、柱塞顶隙提前特性和专家系统等基本概念出发,以柱塞偶件研究与开发为例,阐述了柴油机燃油系统的一般试验与理论分析方法,尤其侧重于柱塞供油有效行程、柱塞顶隙节流行程、柱塞供油系数与柱塞顶隙起作用系数的计算与分析。指出了当前柴油机及其燃油系统研究与分析过程中存在的一些问题,并有针对性地提出一种新的概念,即基于燃油系统基本参数与试验分析相接合的研究与设计方法。
Based on the basic concepts of pre-stroke of diesel fuel system, effective stroke of plunger oil supply, average fuel injection rate, average fuel supply rate, advance characteristics of piston top clearance and expert system, taking the research and development of plunger coupling as an example, The general experimental and theoretical analysis methods of diesel fuel system are given, especially the calculation and analysis of the effective coefficient of plunger stroke, the stroke of plunger top clearance, the coefficient of plunger oil supply and the action coefficient of piston top clearance. Some existing problems in the research and analysis of diesel engine and its fuel system are pointed out, and a new concept is put forward specifically, that is, the research and design method based on the combination of basic parameters of fuel system and experimental analysis.
