公民阅读权利保障法治化是法治中国建设的应有之义。文章从国情出发,理清了国内公民阅读权利保障法治化的现状,透视剖析其中的原因,以期明确我国阅读立法建设的路径和方向。
Legal Protection of Citizens’ Reading Right Guaranteeing is the Necessary Rule of Law Construction in China. Starting from the national conditions, the article clarifies the status quo of legalization of the protection of citizens’ reading rights in the country, and analyzes the reasons for it in order to clarify the path and direction of our reading legislation.
