CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道的技术日趋成熟,应用也逐渐广泛,由于单个板场建设的资金投入较大,因而对临时板场建设进行合理设计及费用分析意义重大。然而,轨道板场费用的组成及概算编制方法,现行编制办法(“113号文)”没有予以明确界定,因此,笔者结合某铁路客运专线CRTSⅡ型临时轨道板场的建设设计实例,对CRTSⅡ型轨道板的生产流程及总平面布置进行剖析,提出CRTSⅡ型轨道板的概算编制框架。
The technology of CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track is maturing day by day, and its application is also gradually widespread. Because of the large capital investment in constructing a single slab yard, the reasonable design and cost analysis of the temporary slab yard construction are of great significance. However, the composition of the track slab yard and the method of compiling the budget estimate and the current compilation method (No. 113 Document) are not clearly defined. Therefore, combining with the design example of the CRTS II type temporary track slab yard of a passenger dedicated railway line, CRTS Ⅱ track plate production process and the general layout of the layout analysis, proposed CRTS Ⅱ model of the estimated cost of the track plate preparation framework.
