非离子型造影剂与离子型制剂相比,其优点出于道德上的原因是不能在双盲试验中查明真相的。所以必须分析大量病例来证明其较低的副作用发生率。本文证明了这一点,并说明为造影剂而付出的开支增加是正当的。
The advantage of non-ionic contrast agents over ionic formulations is that for moral reasons, the truth can not be found in double-blind experiments. Therefore, we must analyze a large number of cases to prove its lower incidence of side effects. This article proves this and justifies the increase in expenditures on contrast media.
