针对相关传染疾病所带来的儿童死亡现象,社区计划免疫是降低儿童病发死亡率、减少疾病、预防以及控制疫苗为最易行、较简便、非常有效且很经济的一种措施。并且社区计划免疫为提高人口素质以及儿童生命质量的关键手段,与此同时,社区卫生及儿童保健工作的关键指标也被社区计划免疫较好的反映出来。针对这种现象,相关部门应对社区中的计划免疫工作附一较高的重视,在这种情况下,为儿童构建一个较为有效的免疫屏障,从而有效的预防并降低传染病出现的机率,从而保障儿童可以健康的成长。
