我厂是国家二级企业和山西省“七五”期间大、中型重点技术改造企业之一,也是华北地区最大的轴承生产厂家。1949年开始生产滚动轴承,主要产品有“0”、“2”、“7”类轴承和行星摆线减速机转臂轴承。1978年以前,由于十年动乱的影响,我厂生产管理曾受到严重破坏。当时,由于采用的标准比较落后,又执行不严,造成产品质量严重低劣。轴承产品主要项目合格率仅达到61.95％,全项合格率仅达到22.16％,产品无销路,企业连年亏损。针对这种情况,组织全厂干部群众面对现实展开讨论,多数人认为:要使我厂产品在对手林立的市场中处于不败之地,就必须积极抓好采用国际标准和国外先进标准工作。
Our factory is one of the national secondary enterprises and the large and medium-sized key technological transformation enterprises in the “7th Five-Year Plan” period in Shanxi Province, and the largest bearing manufacturer in North China. Before 1978, due to the impact of ten years of turmoil, the production management of our factory was severely damaged. At that time, because the adopted standards were relatively backward and lax, the quality of the products was severely inferior. The qualified rate of the major projects of the bearing products only reached 61.95%, and the qualified rate of all items only reached 22.16%. The products have no sales, and the enterprises have suffered losses year after year. In response to this situation, organizations and cadres of the whole plant started to discuss the reality. Most people believe that if we want to make our products invincible in the market that rivals allies, we must actively work to adopt international standards and advanced foreign standards. .
