患者女 ,16岁 ,因“发现双手多发肿物 13年”入院。患者 3岁时发现左手掌部、指部多处肿大 ,但无疼痛及功能障碍 ,肿物生长缓慢。自 6岁始 ,多次手术切除肿物 ,效果均欠佳 ,故赴我院进一步诊治。体格检查 :双手外观无明显畸形 ,左手第 2、5掌骨和食指中节指骨处可见手术瘢痕 ;?
The female patient, aged 16, was admitted to hospital because she “discovered her hands with multiple masses for 13 years.” When the patient was 3 years old, he found that the left palm and his fingers were swollen, but there was no pain or dysfunction and the tumor grew slowly. Since the age of 6 years, many surgical resection of tumors have had poor results, so they went to our hospital for further treatment. Physical examination: There was no obvious deformity in the appearance of the hands. Surgical scars were seen at the phalanx of the middle phalanx of the second and fifth metacarpals of the left hand and the index finger.
