作者报告用颊上皮体外培养形成的自体上皮层乳突腔移植治疗长期耳溢液(2～30年,平均10年)的慢性乳突炎病人11例。病人年龄为26～74岁,平均45岁。乳突腔有残存胆脂瘤和粘液分泌气房存在为禁忌症。初诊时,在手术显微镜下彻底清洁乳突腔和用铋碘仿石蜡糊(BIPP)填塞。同时,表麻后从颊部取小块(2×4 mm)粘膜按Green等(1979)培养上皮细胞的改良技术进行体外培养。7天后取出BIPP和检查乳突腔,如有感染重新用BIPP填塞乳突腔。通常在培养后2天左右,在手术显微镜帮助下将培养的颊上皮层用凡士林纱布衬垫移植
The authors report 11 cases of chronic mastoiditis treated with autologous epithelium mastophthalmus grown in vitro on buccal epithelium for the treatment of long-term ear discharges (2 to 30 years, an average of 10 years). Patients aged 26 to 74 years, mean 45 years old. Mastoid cavity residual cholesteatoma and mucus secretion of the existence of the room as a contraindication. At first visit, the mastoid cavity was thoroughly cleaned under a surgical microscope and stuffed with bismuth iodoform faux paraffin paste (BIPP). In the meantime, a small piece (2 × 4 mm) of mucosa was taken from the buccal area after ephedra and cultured in vitro according to the modified technique of Green et al. (1979) for culturing epithelial cells. After 7 days, remove the BIPP and check the mastoid cavity. If there is an infection, re-infiltrate the mastoid cavity with BIPP. Usually about 2 days after culture, the cultured buccal cortex is transplanted with Vaseline gauze with the aid of a surgical microscope
