夏海亮,北京大学2009届硕士毕业生,就业时放弃在京工作机会,主动申请到黑龙江大庆市基层工作,红岗区委领导批示并转发他的志愿申请书,号召全体青年干部向他学习。2009年12月,夏海亮从大庆市红岗区机关来到杏树岗镇宏伟村,成为村党支部副书记,由于业绩突出,于2011年1月被推选为宏伟村党委书记,全面主持宏伟村工作,后又被破格提拔为大庆市团市委副书记。2011年入选由教育部、团中央共同组织的大学毕业生建功立业先进事迹报告团,成为全国基层就业宣传典型。2011年底被推选为大庆市第八次党代会代表。

In 2011, selected by the Ministry of education, the Central Committee of Communist Youth League jointly organized by the university graduates meritorious deeds advanced report mission, become the typical grass-roots employment promotion. By the end of 2011 was elected as the eighth representative of Daqing City Party Congress.
