由于化学危险品具有易燃、易爆、氧化、分解、毒害、腐蚀等令人生畏的怪“脾气”,一旦发起“火”来,将对人们的生命和国家财产构成重大威胁,故国家对生产、使用、储存、经营、运输和销售易燃易爆化学物品的单位、个人实行特殊管理,严格要求。因此,认真分析当前危险品在经营和道路运输中存在的突出问题,采取针对性防范措施,对保证市场经济的健康发展,保护经营者和人民群众的生命财产安全,维护社会治安稳定非常必要。
