体育教学过程是一种动态的复杂系统，它的复杂就在于教学对象是同一年级又百态各异的学生，它的动态性在于教学过程中具有众多的不确定因素。体育教学中的调控艺术，就是要善于发现和及时抓住教学中的意外变化，审时度势地加以应变与引导，使整个教学过程更符合实际，以保证体育教学顺利圆满地进行。
The process of physical education teaching is a dynamic and complex system. Its complexity is that the teaching object is students of the same grade and different styles. Its dynamics lies in the numerous uncertainties in the teaching process. The art of regulation and control in PE teaching is to be good at discovering and grasping the unexpected changes in teaching in time, adapting and guiding the situation in a timely manner so that the whole teaching process can be more in line with the reality so as to ensure the successful and complete teaching of PE.
