映山红片是以杜鹃花科杜鹃花属杜鹃(Rhododendron simsii Planch)的干燥叶为原料的浸膏片,经532例慢性气管炎临床试证,总有效率为88.7%。其中显效率和近控率分别为64.1%和31.6%。从映山红叶的总黄酮中分出得到五种单体结晶,为槲皮素、槲皮甙、金丝桃甙、映山红素(Matteucinol,即紫花杜鹃甲素)及映山红甙(Matteucinin),均为祛痰、镇咳的有效成分。经病理生理初步观察,映山红总黄酮可增强交感神经放电活动,提示对交感神经有兴奋作用,并能使慢性气管炎病人升高的血
Yingshanhong Tablet is an extract tablet made from dried leaves of Rhododendron simsii Planch. It has been clinically tested in 532 patients with chronic bronchitis.
