教育部重拳出击,发布《小学生减负十条规定(征求意见稿)》,下大力气治理小学生课业负担过重等问题,此举是为了治理小学生课业负担过重等问题,培养全面发展的人才。许多人认为这不关音乐老师的事,反正音乐课从来就不布置作业,其实不然。随着素质教育的深入,音乐教师逐渐开始尝试布置课后作业,而教育部的减负十条中明确提出重视实践作业,废除机械的重复的简单的书面作业,这与音乐的课后实践作业不谋而合。
