随着世界经济一体制的推进和知识经济时代的来临,科学技术发展的高低成为企业竞争地位的重要因素,而建立健全企业的激励机制将是不断增强企业凝聚力、向心力的重要环节。一套科学合理的管理体系对企业来说至关重要,坚持企业发展,仔细分析企业人力资源实际影响激励机制建立的因素,采用企业员工收入和权变的观点来设计和运行激励机制,可以大大激发员工的潜力,充分调动其主观能动性,为企业创造更多的价值,更好地实现企业发展的目标。
With the advancement of the world economic system and the advent of the knowledge-based economy, the level of development of science and technology has become an important factor in the competitive position of enterprises.
