本文采用有限单元法,对具有硬化材料的预应力叶轮进行弹塑性应力和变形的分析。经计算表明,预应力叶轮能减小轮内最大工作应力,为改善叶轮应力分布提供了新的途径。
In this paper, the finite element method is used to analyze the elasto-plastic stress and deformation of prestressed impellers with hardened materials. The calculation shows that the prestressed impeller can reduce the maximum working stress in the wheel and provide a new way to improve the stress distribution of the impeller.
