公安院校教师作为公安教育的专业人员,在专业态度、专业知识和专业能力等专业素质发展过程中面临诸多困境。立足教师专业发展的多维性和发展性要求,依托各类教学、科研及社会服务项目建设优秀教师团队,有助于实现学校专业建设发展整体目标与教师个人专业发展目标的双赢。为实现这一目标,有必要从文化理念、制度设计及管理机制等方面对教师团队建设进行进一步优化改进。
As a public security education professional, teachers in public security colleges and universities face many difficulties in the development of professional qualities such as professional attitude, professional knowledge and professional ability. Based on the multidimensionality and developmental requirements of professional development of teachers, relying on various outstanding teaching teams for teaching, research and social service projects helps to achieve a win-win situation for the overall goal of teachers’ professional development and personal development of teachers. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to further optimize and improve the construction of teachers’ team in terms of cultural concept, system design and management mechanism.
