位于纤维蛋白原上的RGD肽片段是血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa复合物的识别位点,两者的结合是血栓形成的最后共同通路。合成的RGD肽类物质作为血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂,有效地抑制血小板粘附、聚集与阻止血栓形成,对于心脑血管疾病的防治具有重要的潜在临床应用价值。
The RGD peptide fragment on fibrinogen is the recognition site of the platelet glycoprotein IIb / IIIa complex and the combination of the two is the last common pathway for thrombosis. As a platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb / Ⅲa receptor antagonist, the synthesized RGD peptides effectively inhibit platelet adhesion, aggregation and prevent thrombosis, and have important potential clinical value for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
