本文研究了40例颅内占位病变患者的 BSR,分析了不同部位占位病变的 BSR 特点。桥小脑角占位病的 BSR 改变与患侧听力损失程度相平行。听力损失轻微者,Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅴ波仍存在,但Ⅴ波潜伏期明显后延,各波波幅减小。听力损失严重者,除Ⅰ波可殊留外,共余各波消失。脑干肿瘤的 BSR,各波出现率明显下降,波幅和潜伏期紊乱,两耳诱发的 BSR 均明显改变且不对称。后颅凹肿物的 BSR 仅轻度改变,双侧基本对称。
This paper studied the BSR in 40 patients with intracranial space lesions and analyzed the BSR characteristics of lesions in different sites. BSR changes in cerebellar angle occupying lesions parallel to the degree of ipsilateral hearing loss. Minor hearing loss, Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ wave still exists, but the Ⅴ wave latency significantly delayed, the wave amplitude decreases. Severe hearing loss, in addition to Ⅰ wave can be exceptional, the remaining waves disappear. BSR of brain stem tumors, the incidence of each wave decreased significantly, amplitude and latency disorder, both ears induced BSR were significantly changed and asymmetric. The BSR of the posterior fossa was only slightly altered, with bilateral basal symmetry.
