食物是人类赖以生存和发展的基本物质条件,也是国家安定、社会发展的根本要素。改革开放给中国的食品工业带来了巨大的发展机遇,但也同样面临着食品安全这一世界性的难题。HACCP是国际社会普遍认可和接受的用于确保食品安全的管理体系,针对国内食品生产企业的现状,文章提出了如何将HACCP理念运用于食品安全保证体系的建议,旨在按照标准生产安全食品。
Food is the basic material condition for the survival and development of mankind. It is also a fundamental element of national stability and social development. The reform and opening up have brought tremendous opportunities for the development of China’s food industry, but they also face the worldwide problem of food safety. HACCP is a management system generally accepted and accepted by the international community to ensure food safety. According to the current situation of domestic food manufacturers, the article proposes how to apply HACCP concept to food safety assurance system to produce safe food according to the standard.
