近年来,含氟药物的研究取得了令人瞩目的成功。基于氟的特殊效应,在 Hansch的药物设计方案中,有机氟化合物已成为重要的考虑因素。即使是一些复杂天然产物,一待确定结构,也能设计引入氟以进行修饰。
In recent years, the study of fluorine-containing drugs has achieved remarkable success. Based on the special effects of fluorine, organofluorine compounds have become an important consideration in Hansch’s drug design program. Even some complex natural products can be designed to introduce fluorine for modification once the structure is determined.
